Unfortunately, there will not be any refunds or exchanges provided if you change your mind about your purchase or where the product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use or for normal usage/wear & tear.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it and will not be able to issue a return, refund or exchange for an incorrect purchase.
You may be able to return the product or apply for a refund if it fails to comply with any of the consumer guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law, for example, if the product has a defect or is faulty.
How can you request a refund or return?
Please email email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase receipt / order confirmation
- Description of the fault
- Clear photo of the product
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is not in its original condition, has been damaged or tampered with or is missing parts.
No returns, exchanges, refunds or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law will be considered until satisfactory proof of purchase is provided.
If your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to process your return. You will be required to return any products to the address we stipulate.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be offered:
- Replacement of your product
- Credit to use in future
